Rahul Gandhi slams Modi’s policies

In a scathing critique of the Modi government’s policies, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of detrimental economic decisions. Gandhi asserted that Modi’s demonetization and the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) have led to the demise of small businesses.

Highlighting the impact of these policies, Gandhi claimed that India now faces higher unemployment rates compared to neighboring countries such as Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Pakistan. He emphasized that the unemployment crisis is particularly severe among the youth, with twice as many jobless individuals in India compared to Pakistan.

Taking aim at Modi, Gandhi argued that the country is grappling with its highest unemployment rate in the past four decades. The Congress leader went on to claim that the Modi government’s railway policies favor the wealthy, leaving the underprivileged at a disadvantage.
