Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz presided over a meeting to discuss higher education scholarships and the iPad scheme. She wasn’t happy with the incomplete information and asked for a solid plan for the PEEF Scholarships.
During the meeting, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif pledged to modernize higher education and institutions. She called for a survey, to better understand students’ needs in the laptop and iPad schemes.
Maryam Nawaz assured that the government would take necessary steps based on the survey to support students. The meeting included important figures like former Senator Pervez Rasheed, Maryam Aurangzeb, Nosheen Adnan, Rana Sikandar Hayat, Chief Secretary, Chairman P&D, Secretary Finance, Secretary Higher Education, Chairman PITB, and others.
The goal is to improve education and cater to students’ requirements. The focus is on creating an environment that supports learning and adapts to students’ changing needs.
