Putin says Russia is ready for a nuclear war

Speaking ahead of Russia’s upcoming presidential election, Putin stated that while the scenario of nuclear war isn’t imminent, Russia is fully equipped from a military standpoint. He emphasized that the U.S. must understand that any such deployment would be perceived as intervention.
