As per an official statement released on X (formerly Twitter), the leaders discussed various matters of mutual interest during the call.
“The two called for further strengthening bilateral relations in various fields,” the statement revealed, underscoring the shared commitment to fostering closer ties between Pakistan and Turkiye.
During the conversation, President Zardari conveyed his warm greetings to President Erdoğan on the occasion of the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr, expected to be observed on April 10 (Wednesday) this year. Furthermore, Zardari extended a cordial invitation to Erdoğan, urging him to consider visiting Pakistan in the near future. He also conveyed his heartfelt wishes for the well-being of the Turkiye president and the people of Turkiye.
