ASP Shehrbano Naqvi ties knot with fiancé Ashtar Naqvi

The wedding bells rang loud for Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Shehrbano Naqvi, as she entered into wedded bliss with her fiancé Ashtar Naqvi, igniting a storm of celebration across social media platforms in Pakistan.

ASP Shehrbano, who shot to fame last year for her remarkable display of courage in saving a woman from a mob in Lahore’s Achhra Market, has once again captivated the nation’s attention, this time with her nuptial festivities.

The culmination of the wedding events took place on Sunday with a grand valima reception in the heart of Punjab’s provincial capital.

Social media platforms were flooded with enchanting glimpses from the lady cop’s mehndi ceremony, with professional photographers and makeup artists taking to Instagram to share stunning pictures and videos of the radiant bride.

Donning a resplendent yellow lehnga and choli adorned with hues of red, green, and peach, ASP Shehrbano exuded elegance and grace at her mehndi celebration, capturing the hearts of netizens across the country.

Similarly, a mesmerizing video from her baraat ceremony showcased Shehrbano in all her bridal glory, dressed in a traditional red bridal attire complemented by golden jewelry and intricate embellishments.

The festivities continued with snapshots from Shehrbano and Ashtar’s valima, encapsulated in a heartwarming video shared by the same photographer who documented the earlier events. For the occasion, Shehrbano opted for a chic golden-beige lehnga paired with minimal silver crystal jewelry, epitomizing timeless sophistication.

ASP Shehrbano’s wedding extravaganza serves as a moment of joy and celebration not only for her and her loved ones but also for the countless admirers who have been inspired by her unwavering bravery and commitment to duty.

In February, ASP Shehrbano made headlines when she led a Punjab police team in rescuing a woman from a mob in Lahore’s Gulbarg area, where she serves as the sub-divisional police officer. The woman had been wrongly accused of blasphemy due to a misunderstanding regarding the Arabic script on her attire, which was later revealed to be innocuous.

As ASP Shehrbano embarks on this new chapter of her life, her wedding serves as a testament to her resilience, courage, and unwavering dedication to serving her community and country.
