President Asif Ali Zardari emphasized the importance of unity and cooperation among Muslim countries to tackle the challenges facing the Muslim community worldwide.
During a meeting with Dr. Salah bin Mohammad M Albdeer, the Imam of Masjid Al-Nabvi, at Aiwan-e-Sadr, President Zardari highlighted the strong relationship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. He noted that these ties are founded on shared faith, history, and brotherhood, and he expressed satisfaction with the strengthening of these relations.
President Zardari reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to deepening its bond with Saudi Arabia and stressed the need for enhancing cultural and people-to-people connections between the two nations. He reiterated Pakistan’s support for Saudi Arabia, calling it a close friend that Pakistan would always stand by.
Imam Dr. Salah bin Mohammad M Albdeer, during the meeting, acknowledged the strong partnership between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. He praised the Pakistani community’s contributions to Saudi Arabia’s development and highlighted the reforms led by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, which aim to bring further progress and prosperity to the kingdom.
President Zardari commended Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s vision and efforts in driving these reforms for the welfare of Saudi Arabia’s people. He expressed hope that Imam Albdeer’s visit would further enhance the bilateral relationship.
